El Campo Santo, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(13) corporation that owns and operates Atrisco’s three cemeteries: San Jose de Armijo, Santa Clara and Evangelico. The purpose of El Campo Santo is to assist families during a time of loss and a time of need. We aid our customers by providing a high level of service and support at an affordable price.  Our commitment to service does not end with the funeral service. It is our objective to continue our service and commitment to the community by maintaining and improving the cemetery grounds so that future visits with loved ones can be enjoyed and experienced in the best possible manner.


San Jose de Armijo Cemetery is located at 2957 Arenal Rd. SW. It is  the largest of the three cemeteries comprising 13.8 acres and contains the plots of close to 6,000 decedents in addition to many unrecorded burials.  Amenities include a cremains area, pavilion, paved parking lot, paved roads, street signs, benches, murals, three water spigots and a caretaker residence.





Santa Clara Cemetery is located at 611 Foot Hill Dr. SW although the main entrance is off of Sunset Gardens Rd., just east of Old Coors Rd. It comprises 3.6 acres, and currently contains the plots of approximately 1,000 decedents in addition to unrecorded burials. Amenities include a pavilion, paved parking lot, benches and murals.






Evangelico Cemetery is located at 3816 Blake Rd. SW. It is the smallest of the three cemeteries and comprises slightly less than one acre. It contains the plots of 50 known decedents in addition to many unrecorded burials. Amenities include paved parking and murals.
